There is a number of reasons that might cause you a problem logging into your MT4 trading account.
FXTM’s Demo Trading Account
Demo MT4 account of FXTM is available only 90 days, then all demo accounts will be expired and closed automatically.
If your Demo MT4 account has been expired, you may open another one with FXTM.
There is no limitation to the number of Demo accounts you can have.
For some special reasons, you can also request to FXTM to prolong the expiration date for your MT4 Demo account.
If you wish to do this, please contact FXTM’s support team directly.
If you are sure your trading account is still active, and having trouble logging in, you may be inputting the login information wrong.
Login credentials of your trading account should have been provided via email when you have verified your personal information.
Password and Trading server name is “Case Sensitive”, you may copy and paste the login credentials to your MT4 directly, so you won’t mistype them.
If there are several trading server names in the MT4, you may try out others as it often happens that a trading account matches with a different trading server.
You can reset your MT4 password in FXTM’s Client Portal or by sending a request to FXTM’s support team.
