Question: Where can I find the status of my deposit/withdrawal/internal transfer?
You can find full details on your transactions in MyFXTM by following the steps below.
- Go to ‘My Transfers’.
- Find the relevant transaction.
- Click on the transaction ID number.
FXTM offers a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, e-Wallets, Bank Wire transfers.
You should note that FXTM does not accept cash deposits.
