Question: Which base currencies are available for XM Zero account?
Mainly, you can select from 3 base currencies which are USD, EUR and JPY.
For Micro and Standard account, you can select from 11 base currencies which are USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, AUD, HUF, PLN, RUB, SGD and ZAR.
To open a XM Zero account, please open an additional account and select XM Zero.
*Please make sure that you register the same email address as you used before for the additional accounts. Otherwise, accounts will be managed under different profiles.
Why use different Base Currencies?
The choice of your base currency for MT4/MT5 accounts are important while planning your investment strategy.
In case the base currency of the account and the currency of your deposited fund are different, there will be certain fees charged (by the corresponding banks) and certain exchange rate will be applied.
On the other hand, by managing accounts in different currencies, you can also manage risks.
