Question: Why all of my positions got closed on XM MT4/MT5 suddenly?
XM has set stop out level at 20%.
Meaning that when the margin level in an account goes below 20%, all of the positions will be liquidated.(closed)
This is to avoid further losses occur in the account and all XM live accounts follow this rule.
Margin call is set to 50% in XM accounts.
It is your responsibility to take care of your account and avoid any risks. You may make sure to fund your account enough to support positions and monitor market movements all the time.
