Question: Why I cannot create an account with Deriv?
If you cannot complete the account procedure on Deriv’s Official Website, the main reasons could be the followings:
In line with the Group practice, the broker sets the following criteria for client sign ups:
- Clients have to be at least 18 years of age.
- Clients cannot be a resident in Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Jersey, Malaysia, Malta, Paraguay, UAE, USA, or a restricted country which has been identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as having strategic deficiencies.
If above cases don’t apply to your condition and you still cannot open an account with Deriv, contact Deriv’s support team.
