Question: Why is my order grayed out when I open it? I cannot close or modify my positions.
Possible reasons:
- Your account is set to read-only.
- You are logged in using your read-only password.
- Your read-only password is the same as your trading account password.
- You haven’t made the minimum deposit required for that account.
If you have an urgent trade and no internet connection, you can contact FXTM through their closing/modifying position landline.
If you have Trailing Stops and EAs these will become inactive automatically if your platform is closed or you’re logged off.
