Question: Why is my Shares account disabled? I cannot login and trade.
It may be because it has been inactive for 13 days, as per Share’s Account Terms of Business.
You can re-enable your account by following the steps below:
- Select your Shares account under the ‘My Trading Accounts ’ section in MyFXTM.
- Click on ‘Activate Account’ in the Account Details page.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
Still Cannot login?
If you cannot login to a Share account, ensure that you’ve made the minimum deposit required.
