iForex offers only fixed spread type of trading environment.
Unfortunately, you can not choose to trade with variable spreads with iForex.
The difference between Spread in pips and value
In the contract specification of iForex, you may find the spread (pips) and spread (value) in the table.
The spread in pips is the spread displayed in pips, and the spread in value is the spread as the actual price value in the trading platform.
Please note that the price shows in the contract specification and the FXnet Trading platform is with 4th decimal points, and the smallest unit would be pip, but not point.
Meaning that normally most of the brokers now display the prices with 5th decimal points, and the smallest unit you can count would be point.
1 pip equals to 10 points.
iForex offers only one account type, and the spread is all same in each account.
By becoming a VIP of iForex, you can request for better trading conditions such as lower spread than the normal.
To get benefit from the VIP promotion, please contact iForex customer support.
Normally, the deposit amount and the trading volume decides if you are eligible for becoming a VIP.
Extreme market conditions
If you have known several brokers, you may have already noticed that fixed spread provides you with the wider spread than variable ones.
Although, fixed spread gives you some better conditions though, even the fixed spread could go wide in certain market situations.
In the market conditions, such as when the important economic news release or political announcement is made, iForex may not be able to offer you with the fixed spread but wider.
It is because when the market volatility is extremely high, the spreads offered by the interbank market sometimes go extreme wide.
In that case, you can not place an order as usual, but you need to follow the market condition just like other brokers.
Available trading instruments
iForex offers more than 80 Forex currency pairs, 17 commodities, 21 indices and more than 70 Stock CFDs.

The spread provided in each symbol is different.
