In the 'Market Watch' in XM MT4, some symbols are grayed out. Why is that?

If you are logged into an account correctly and see some symbols grayed out in the “Market Watch”, these symbols are not available for trading.

Please right click in the “Market Watch”, and click “Show All”.

Then you will see all the symbols you can trade with the account.

For XM Micro account, you can trade currency pairs with “micro”, like “EURUSD micro”.

If you have MT5 account, please install MT5 platform and login there.

The tradable financial instruments are sometimes different on each account.
