Terms and Conditions of “iPartner’s Contest”

• To participate in the contest:
  1. Log into your personal area.
  2. Open “Promotions, Bonuses and Contests” page.
  3. Choose iPartner contest.
  4. Click “Take part” button.
• Registration is open during the entire period of the contest.
• Participants rating updates every hour.
• Points are given only for newly attracted referrals, their deposits and orders.
• The winners of the contest are 3 partner-participants, who will gain the maximum amount of points by the end of the contest. They will be awarded with 21.5-inch iMac 3.1GHz with Retina 4K display 1 TiB, a 13-inch MacBook Pro 2.0GHz 256 Gb and an iPhone 7 Plus 128 Gb for taking 1, 2 and 3 places, respectively.
• In case any fraudulent activity would be detected from the side of a participant, FBS reserves the right to disqualify him/her.
• The Prizes cannot be obtained as a cash equivalent. Winners will receive them directly in FBS office (if there is an office in the country of winner’s presence). The winners agree to take part in interview, a video interview and its subsequent publication in mass media; as well as to the use of their photographs and last name by the Company for promotional purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion; the type and name of prizes; to disqualify the participant in case of rules violation or suspicion in using ill practices for winning and getting prizes, without prior notification.
• The company is not liable for technical disruptions and/or breaks in the internet connection on the side of the client and third-party services, that can directly or indirectly have an affect on the client’s participation in the promotion.
