Binance and Netmarble F&C sign MoU

Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and crypto-asset infrastructure provider, announced today that it signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Netmarble F&C, a subsidiary of Netmarble Corp. The two parties will work together to build a global Play to Earn (P2E) ecosystem and launch NFT products.

To build Global P2E and NFT Ecosystem

In this cooperation, the two parties will develop the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) infrastructure through the BSC Application Side Chain (BAS) , and Netmarble games will also enjoy a dedicated private chain on the BSC GameFi side chain. In addition, Netmarble Games will further expand the BSC GameFi ecosystem and the global P2E ecosystem by developing GameFi products.

In addition to technical cooperation, the two parties also discussed cooperation opportunities such as initial game offering (IGO) in the Binance NFT market, the sale of Netmarble game NFTs, and expanding the use cases of encrypted assets in the Binance ecosystem through Netmarble games. The two parties also have other long-term cooperation goals, details of which will be disclosed in due course.

As the first step of the strategic cooperation between the two parties, Golden Bros , a casual shooting game developed by Netmarble F&C, will conduct NFT pre-sale on the Binance NFT market.
