For those who didn’t know that FXTM has its own accounts in Social Medias, currently FXTM is reachable via WhatsApp and Viber and Telegram.
So what you can do through these Social Medias as a FXTM trader? You can mainly do the following 2 things.
- Contact(Chat) with Customer Support using Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Upload documents as attachments.
And FXTM accepts following types of documents via the above Social Medias.
- Proof of Identity, including Passport and National ID Card copies. (required for account verification)
- Proof of Residence, including Bank Statement and Utility Bill copies. (required for account verification)
- Credit Card copies.
- Payment Confirmations. (for deposit and withdrawal procedures)
