HotForex is now offering its own Mastercard to traders.
The card is directly connected to your MT4 trading account. You are able to withdraw your profits immediately via your card.
The card issuer is CSC24Seven.com Limited, a Cyprus registered e-money company.
Trading, shopping and Cashing.
All can be done with this “HF Mastercard”.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the cost for delivery?
A card delivery cost 10 USD with standard delivery and 40 USD for shipping via courier.
How many days until I receive the card?
In case of delivery by post, your card should be delivered within 10 days, and in case of delivery by courier, your card will reach you within 5 days of being issued.
*For residents outside of EU, it may take more days.
What is required to issue a HF card?
Nothing really required, but you may be asked to provide certain documents to prove your ID and Address, and a wire transfer to your bank account to receive a SWIFT confirmation.
How long it takes for HotForex to approve the “Card Issuing” request?
It usually takes less than 24 hours to approve. If there is a delay, it could be because of the following reasons:
- Incomplete information
- Duplicate mobile phone number
- Duplicate address
Where can I use the card?
You can use your card anywhere that displays the MasterCard logo. ATM or Shopping, anytime you want and anywhere you want in the world.
Why my Balance is -10?
It is not a deduction, it is reserved on a card to guard against going into the negative due to any bank charges and fees.
Any expiration dates?
Your card will be deactivated after 180 days of inactive with 0 balance, or after 12 months of inactive with balances.
How to Change or Reset PIN Code?
To change the PIN Code, you need to contact the support team.
If you forget your PIN code, call the Support Team and request that they re-issue your PIN, and it will cost $30.
My card is stolen, who should I do?
If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact +961 1 744962 immediately.
Terms and Conditions
- Residents of Algeria, East Timor, Ecuador, India, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Kosovo, Myanmar, Syrian Arabic Republic and Congo Democratic Republic are not entitled to apply for the HF MasterCard at this time
- If you have used the card to fund your trading account, up to the deposit amount will be back to the original card in case of withdrawal
- The HF card is not available for Corporate and Joint Account holders
- HF card can be used only for withdrawing profits
- The maximum amount you can withdraw with HF card is 5,000 USD per month
