Proof of Residence (POR)

This document should have been issued within the past 6 months.

The name shown on the POR file must exactly match the Exness account holder’s full name and POI file.

All four edges of the document should be visible.

This document should contain the customer’s full name and address.

The file should contain the release date.

The accepted documents are Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, landline), Recent bank statement, local tax bill, and Reference letter from your bank (in your country of residence).

How do I know how long it will take me to verify my profile?

From your first deposit, you have 30 days to complete profile verification, including verification of identity, residence and financial details.

To make it easier for you to keep track, the number of days remaining for verification is displayed as a notification in your Personal Area as a reminder each time you log in.

What happens if you don’t verify your profile?

Any account that has not completed the profile verification process will be restricted, and the restriction will gradually lift as more steps in verification are completed.

• Deposit up to $2,000 (per personal area) using your registered email address, phone number, and personal information.
• After verification of identification, the maximum deposit limit is $50 000 (per personal area) with the ability to trade.
• By verifying proof of residency, all restrictions are lifted as the profile is considered fully verified.

From your first deposit, you have 30 days to complete profile verification.

If your profile verification is not completed within 30 days, deposit, transfer and transaction features will not be available until the verification process is complete.

Note that the 30-day time limit applies to partners from the moment their first customer signs up, and after the time limit, withdrawals for both partners and customers will be disabled, except for deposits and transactions.

During these 30 days, some payment methods are completely unavailable. These payment methods require a fully verified profile:

• Perfect money

If you decide to open a second account in your Personal Area, you can use the same documents used to verify your existing account.
