Traders Trust moving some MT4 accounts from Cyprus to Vanuatu – Several service conditions to be changed

*The change applies to only some MT4 accounts but not all.

TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. is in the process of assigning their business to TTCM CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. (“TTCM”).

With effect as of opening of business on Monday, July 10th, 2017, some traders’ trading account(s) and open positions will be transferred to TTCM.

Please be advised that upon transfer, the account(s) will be held with TTCM CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. (“TTCM”).

TTCM, Vanuatu Financial Services Company, incorporated under the laws of Vanuatu, and is registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (“VFSC”) under Company number 40292.

TTCM is regulated as under the Dealers in Securities (Licensing) Act (CAP.70) as a Principal by the VFSC. TTCM operates in accordance with the Dealer in Securities Act of Vanuatu has been amended on 16 June 2017 and the Act on International Companies of Vanuatu.

No Changes will be applied for:

Existing open positions
Pending Orders
Login Password MT4
Login Password of Secure Area
Trading conditions (spread, swaps…)
Instruments offered

In the event that you do not wish for your account to be transferred to TTCM, you are entitled, at any time, to close your account and file a withdrawal request for the restitution of the remaining equity in your account.

In that event, the closure of your account and any related withdrawal requests will be handled by TTCM in accordance with the provisions of Article titled “DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS” and with the provisions of chapter J: TERMINATION AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT(S) of the Terms and Conditions governing your contractual relationship with TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. , as published on the TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. website at the following URL: http://traders-trust.com/vu-index/

Please also note that, in accordance with Article titled “DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS” and with the provisions of chapter J: TERMINATION AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT(S) of the Terms and Conditions governing your contractual relationship with TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD., as published on the TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD., website at URL: http://traders-trust.com/vu-index/, trade confirmations of any and all transactions effected on the TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. platform shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed conclusive unless you notify the company in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days following the Day of receipt of the said trade confirmation.

Accordingly, any complaints regarding transactions effected on the TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. platform prior to the transfer of your account to TTCM must be notified to TTCM TRADERS TRUST CAPITAL MARKETS LTD.

After the transfer, the operation of the account and any transactions effected therein will be governed by TTCM’s Client Agreement – Terms and Conditions of Business and Policies, as published on the TTCM website.

Please ensure you have read an understood the following: Client’s Agreement, Order Execution Policy, Conflict of Interest Management Policy and Risk Disclosures for Financial Instruments & Investment Services.
