This weekend sees the second round of voting in the French General Election. Emmanuel Macron continues to be the front runner to become president, with the latest opinion polls showing him 20 points ahead of Marine Le Pen.

Yesterday’s TV debate will have done little to alter his position as clear favorite in Sunday’s vote.

At this present time there are no plans to change Tradeview’s margin requirements, however the broker does reserve the right to change this at any stage. We expect a high level of volatility and wider spreads from the outset on Sunday.

Tradeview would like to remind you to make sure you account is fully funded as we head into a busy few days, starting with the release of US Non-Farm payrolls on Friday.

Please also be aware of the following public holidays:

5 May – Japan
8 May – France

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.
