What are the pre-market trading hours?
The pre-market trading of US stocks is available from 11:00 to 14:40 GMT+0, after which regular market hours are 14:40-20:45 GMT+0.
What type of trading can be performed in pre-market hours trading?
Only existing open orders may be closed during the period of pre-market trading of US stocks.
Opening new orders during pre-market is not possible.
Are there any changes to regular market hours trading?
No, there are no changes to regular market hours trading after the introduction of the pre-market trading of US stocks
Orders can be opened and closed as per usual.
What do I need to be aware of with pre-market trading?
During the time of pre-market trading of US stocks, some instruments may experience low liquidity which often increases relative volatility and possibly increases your exposure to risk.
