XM's changed trading schedule for Christmas and New Year holidays 2018.
Note the change of trading schedule on XM MT4 and MT5 through Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

XM has updated the maximum leverage to 1:1000 in June 2022.
Leverage 1:1000 does not apply to client registered under the EU regulated entity of the Group. The maximum leverage for Trading Point of Financial Instruments is 30:1.
XM has announced the detailed market hours through Christmas and New Year’s holidays in 2018 and 2019.
The market holidays affect XM MT4 and MT5 trading hours from December 24th to January 2nd.

XM Christmas & New Year Holiday Market Hours
Lower Market Liquidity during holiday seasons
While some markets will be closed temporarily due to holidays at the end of the year 2018, you may also want to pay extra cautions to market activity.
During the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, lower than normal market liquidity and thus the higher volatility in market prices are expected.
The market condition could cause higher slippage rate too.
These conditions are normal during holiday seasons, and you are recommended to monitor your accounts and make sure to have enough funds to support your trading positions.
