Today, JustForex’s team of financial analysts has prepared a new review of events in the upcoming week. These events can significantly affect the Forex market. Choose and track the ones that are most important to you.
Last week, the US dollar weakened against the major world currencies. The dollar index (#DX) fell by more than 1.2%. The US continues to publish weak economic reports. Political uncertainty also puts a pressure. At the moment, the probability of an increase in the Fed’s interest rate in December of this year is at the level of 47.1%.
In the upcoming trading week, we recommend you to pay attention to the following events.
July 24th, Monday
On Monday, a number of indices of business activity in Germany and the Eurozone will be published during the European trading session at 10:30 (GMT+3:00) and 11:00 (GMT+3:00), respectively.
The National Association of Realtors of the USA will publish a report on sales in the secondary housing market at 17:00 (GMT+3:00).
July 25th, Tuesday
On Tuesday, the minutes of the meeting on the monetary policy of the Bank of Japan will appear at 02:50 (GMT+3:00).
We also recommend paying attention to the following statistics:
- The IFO business climate index in Germany at 11:00 (GMT+3:00).
- The consumer confidence index in the US at 17:00 (GMT+3:00).
July 26th, Wednesday
On Wednesday, the news background will be very eventful. The Fed will decide on the interest rate at 21:00 (GMT+3:00). Participants of the financial markets expect that the regulator will leave the monetary policy unchanged.
At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the comments and rhetoric of the Central Bank representatives.
