Question: XM exchanged my fund, but it's not the same rate as MT4's. How much is the commission?
When you deposit/inter-transfer funds to an account which base currency is different than the funds, XM will convert the funds into the appropriate currency automatically without any fees.
Although the exchange rate in this case is not the same rate(spread) as displayed in the XM MT4 or MT5.
The daily rate will be decided by the banks (payment providers) which XM is using for the transaction.
Please inquire further to XM support desk for more details or daily rate.
To avoid any unnecessarily fees, you are recommended to use your country’s fiat currency, or major currencies.
