Question: Why do I see a 'No Connection' or 'Invalid Account' message?
For Live accounts: This is either one of two errors: incorrect login number or password. If you are still having issues after attempting to re-enter your login details, please contact your broker.
For Demo Accounts: This means you’ve either entered the wrong login number or password, or your demo account has expired.
In either case, you may need to try to login again or reset the login credentials.
