Question: Withdrawn funds and I see more amount deducted from my trading account. Why is that?
The extra amount that was removed from your MT4 account is part of the deposit bonus you have received when you deposited.
Whenever you make a withdrawal a proportion of the deposit bonus is removed relative to the amount you deposited and requested withdrawal.
Please note that the bonuses offered by AceForex cannot be withdrawn from your trading account, but all the bonuses are provided for trading purpose.
And AceForex normally specifies that in case you make a withdrawal from a trading account where you have received bonuses, then the bonus amount would be also cancelled and deducted from the account upon completion of the withdrawals.
The conditions are different for each promotion, so please make sure that you have read and understand the conditions before you request for any bonuses.
If you have received less amount than requested…
After your withdrawal resuest has been completed, if you have received less amount than you have actually requested to AceForex, then the payment providers(corresponding banks, Neteller or UnionPay) has charged some commissions to the transfer directly.
As AceForex does not charge any commissions to Deposit/Withdrawals, you may need to be aware of the charges from the payment providers.
You can contact your payment providers directly and find out details of the commissions charged.
