If the automatic SMS message from FBS, doesn’t reach out to your phone, please check the followings.

1. Check if the mobile number has been typed correctly and also the country code.
2. Wait for a while to see if the message has been delayed for some reason.

If the case is not none of the above, you may need to register another phone number for verification.

Sometimes, SMS from FBS doesn’t arrive for certain countries and also certain service providers.

How to change the Phone Number?

If you like to change the phone number registered to FBS, please login to “Personal Area” and go to “Profile Settings” next to your name.

Then, click on “Change” link as below to setup a new phone number.
