Question: My price chart gets updated in every few seconds. Why there is a delay on new market prices?
In this case, it is possible that your internet connection is unstable.
cTrader trading platform needs to send and receive data every moment in order to run accurately.
If there is a moment where the platform doesn’t get any data due to unstable internet connection, price charts on the platform stops updating and there will be a time lag between the new market price and the shown price on the chart.
This can lead to “Slippage” and “Re-quotes” against your orders.
To resolve this issue, you simply need to find a better and stable connection to run the platform.
*In case your internet connection is too slow to maintain the standard quality of cTrader platform, your account will be logged out automatically.
