Details of AximTrade's server upgrade and how it affects traders

Server Migration Confirmed Announcement by AximTrade

Please be reminded that AximTrade will be commencing AximTrade’s migration exercise in approximately 24 hours.

AximTrade seeks your kind understanding and patience throughout this migration process as AximTrade enhances the servers for a better AximTrade experience.

Do note that during this period, trading of Crypto instruments will not be available. All clients are advised to close any existing positions and/or fund their accounts at the soonest.

Open AximTrade’s Account

Schedule and process of migration:

1. 26′” February 2022 (22:00 UTC +8)
   Member Area will be switched to maintenance mode.
2. Server Upgrade
   Servers will be upgraded within 3 to 6 hours. Trading of Crypto instruments unavailable during this time.
3. 27″ February 2022 (02:00 UTC+8)
   Migration completed, Member Area is accessible. Crypto trading is available.

New IP for Cent Accounts

From 27 February 2022, all Cent Accounts will be available with the new IP address (Server name), as follows:

• mt4live2.aximtrade.com
• 34.92.95.49
• AximTrade2 – Live2

Access to all other types of accounts (Standard, ECN, Infinite) remain unchanged.

The updated IP addresses (Server name) will be:

• Separate email after the migration is completed
• Available in the MA and website

What will be affected during the migration process:

• Access to Member Area
• Account Number of Trading Accounts
• Trading and Investor Passwords
• Orders Numbers
• Open Trades
• History of Closed Trades
• Order Comments
• Magic Numbers of Orders

WILL BE AFFECTED

• IP address (Server name) of Cent Accounts

Open AximTrade’s Account

Please take note of the appropriate measures if you are running Expert Advisors on your Cent accounts.

If you trade on your Cent Accounts manually, do ensure that you will be connecting to the new server after migration.
