Question:Can I deposit using my family's card into my XM account?
Answer:
No, XM prohibits deposit from third parties.
The third parties also include legal partner, family, corporate owned and etc.
If the name of the bank account and the trading account are different, you are not able to deposit or withdraw.
If XM finds out that you have used third party account for deposit, the fund will be immediately refunded.
In case of a corporate account, make sure that you are using corporate’s bank account or a corporate’s credit/debit card for deposit.
