If you have forgotten the password to login to your MT4/MT5 trading account, click on the “Forgot Password?” at the login stage, located below the login fields.

Demo accounts expires after 90 days

In case you are having trouble logging into your Demo account, you must first check the last day you used the account.

XM Demo accounts may expire after 90 days of inactivity.

Once a Demo account is expired or the balance goes to zero, you cannot reactivate it or re-fund it to use again.

You can open unlimited number of XM Demo accounts for free, so in this case you may signup again from the XM Official Website.
