In order to login to XM MetaTrader5 Trading Platform, you will first need to have a “MT5 account”(live or demo) of XM, and then use the “Login Credentials” provided by XM to login to the MT5 platform.

Please note that you cannot use “Login Credentials” of MT4 to login to MT5 platform.

Wrong Login Credentials

If you are having trouble logging into MT5 even if you already have a MT5 account, then you may re-check your login credentials again.

MT5 trading platform is capital sensitive, and also mistakenly typing “space” in the fields is often seen.

If you are typing all the information right, but still cannot login, please reset your password or change the server name to select.

It is often that your trading account is assigned to another trading server for some reason, and causing login errors.
