Question: Why my additional XM accounts are not in the Members Area(Client Portal)?
You might have used different email address to open the additional accounts.
It is preferable that you use the same personal information to open another account.
In this case you can:
- Open another additional accounts as there is no limitations to the number of live accounts
- Contact support desk to change the registered email address for the accounts

You might have opened accounts under different entity
XM group is consisted of multiple companies and each of them are licensed and regulated by different authority.
The service conditions and available offers/tools maybe different depending on the regulation.
If you have opened accounts with XM but under different entities, you cannot manage them all together in one client portal (Members Area).
In this case, you must login to the client portal (Members Area) from the XM website which you opened the account.
