Question:My cTrader account logged out itself suddenly. Why this happens often on my platform?
Answer:
If your internet connection is very slow, cTrader gets logged out and tries to login again to find a proxy with lower latency to connect(faster connection).
This is a safety mechanism, so the profit/loss won’t be affected by the connection speed.
If connection speed is slow or your device cannot run the platform smoothly, it can cause “Slippage” and “Re-quotes” on your orders which can directly lead to your loss.
Closing extra applications, charts and other programs on the device can also help you improve the connection speed on the platform.
