XM has updated the maximum leverage to 1:1000 in June 2022.
Leverage 1:1000 does not apply to client registered under the EU regulated entity of the Group. The maximum leverage for Trading Point of Financial Instruments is 30:1.
Answer:
XM’s 1:1000 leverage is available only for Micro and Standard account types.
If your account type is different from the above, you may need to open an additional account.
If you cannot select 1:1000 leverage in the client portal, it is also possible due to the account balance.
XM’s maximum leverage is limited for higher account balances as below.
