There is no fees charged to deposit via Neteller to XM trading account.

XM covers all the fees/commissions for deposit/withdrawal.

If you deposit $100 to XM via Neteller, you will see $100 in your account.

Although Neteller charges 1% for transfers and you need to cover that fee, and the 1% will be deducted from your Netelelr account directly after the deposit.(11.2.2016)
