Required Documents by FXTM for account verification

Once you become a verified client, you will have access to all of FXTM’s products and services.

Verify your profile by uploading clear colour copies (mobile photo or a scan) of the following documents:

1. Proof of identity – passport, national identity card or driving license
2. Proof of address – bank/card statement or utility bill, issued no longer than 6 months ago. Examples of documents which can be provided are:
   • Water/gas/electric/internet/telephone bill.
   • Residency certificate or tenancy contract.

Please note that FXTM does not accept mobile telephone bills.

Submit through FXTM Trader Mobile App

FXTM Trader is a mobile app for Android, Tablet, iPhone and iPad.

By logging into the FXTM Trader mobile app, you can manage your accounts, funds and trading activities all together.

You can also submit documents through the app on your mobile phone.

You don’t have a Desktop computer or laptop? Don’t worry, you just need to Open a FXTM Real Account and download FXTM Trader mobile app.

Documents may require updated ones in the future

The documents you submit must be the updated ones.

Especially for the proof of address, the document must have been issued within the last 3 months.

In the future, if your documents are outdated or expired, then FXTM may require additional documents to maintain your accounts verified.

Every licensed FX broker requires the documents

Not only FXTM, but every licensed Forex broker requires copies of ID and proof of address.

That is why, you are recommended to open trading accounts with brokers once you prepare your documents.

Preparing the documents for the account verification may take a while for traders, and you can spare the time in the future by signing up with multiple brokers that you are interested in.
