There won’t be any commissions/fees to converting currencies with XM.

XM will convert currencies automatically if the deposit currency and the account’s base currency are different.

Although, if you exchange currencies with Neteller, there will be some fees(3.39% – 1%).

For example (in case of Neteller to XM)

You have Neteller account in USD and XM account in EUR, and deposit 100USD to XM.

100USD will be converted by XM without any fees.

You can also choose to convert the currency by yourself with Neteller. In this case, there will be exchange fees presented by Neteller.
