What is FxPro Direct and how do I access it?

FxPro Direct is your personal online account management portal. Access it by selecting ‘Sign In’ at the top right corner of the website. Log in using your registered email and password. FxPro Direct allows you to manage accounts, process funding, download trading platforms, and customize your mailing preferences.

How do I reset my FxPro Direct password?

If you need to reset your FxPro Direct password, click ‘Restore password’ at the bottom of the sign-in box. Enter your registered email address and submit. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

How can I upload documents?

In FxPro Direct, go to ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Upload Documents’. Click ‘Browse’, locate and select your document, and hit ‘Open’. You’ll be notified of the upload progress and receive confirmation once the documents are successfully uploaded. FXPro’s Back Office Department will review your documents in the order they were received.
