Question:How can I transfer funds from a trading account to another? I made a deposit to wrong account number.
Answer:
Internal transfers can be made from one of your current accounts to another, this can be done via the client portal.
Click on ‘My Account’ then ‘Internal Transfers’.
Choose the respective accounts and the amounts, then Submit.
Please note that the balance has to match on the ‘From’ account.
You cannot transfer funds to accounts under different names, but only yours.
In case the account base currencies are different, the amount transferred will be automatically converted at the daily rate.
