No, you can not login to other trading platform than cTrader, with a login credential of a cTrader account.

cTrader account is only made for the cTrader trading platform, thus if you wish to use other trading platforms, you need to open another account for the trading platform accordingly.

If your broker offers several trading platforms, then you may simply open an additional account and transfer your funds to another so you can trade with other trading platforms.

If your broker offers only cTrader trading platform, then you need to signup with other brokers in order to use other trading platforms to trade with.
