You can not change the personal details by yourself but only the password for your account.
To change the password, please go to the login page of the online trading platform, FXnet Trader and click on the “forgot password”.
Update the personal details
You can not change any personal details from the online trading platform, so you will need to send the documents via email to compliance team of iForex.
Please make sure that you are sending from the email address you have registered with iForex before.
You can change your details, address, phone number last name etc, but you can not change the whole account name.
Third party registration
Is it strictly prohibited that third-party payments are not allowed by the financial regulatory authorities of iForex.
This means that even your family or wife/husband cannot deposit or withdraw instead of yourself.
As you can change some personal details but not a whole name, you must make sure that you are registering your real name correctly to avoid any troubles in the future.
How to change the email address
There are two ways to change the email address registered with iForex.
- Send the update request from the original email address
- Send the update request from the new email address with IDs
Account verification is required for Withdrawal
You can open an account, make a deposit and trade without verifying your trading account though, you can not withdraw your profits without it.
It is mandatory for all traders to submit personal documents to iForex.
The required documents are:
- Proof of your ID
- Proof of your residential address
