As a general condition, you can only withdraw your funds through the same method you used for funding your trading account.
For example, if you have made a deposit via Skrill(MoneyBookers), then you can only withdraw your funds to your same Skrill account.
You can request for your withdrawal through EightCap’s Client Portal.

Processing time for each withdrawal
EightCap normally processes all withdrawal requests within 24 hours after request.
To be precise, EightCap normally processes all withdrawal requests between 9 AM and 1 PM AEST, Monday – Friday.
Withdrawal requests submitted after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Although the above processing hours are EightCap’s side.
It is possible that, your payment provider might take some time to process the transfer for some reason.
