Remote Assistance allows our support team to connect to your computer over the Internet, view your computer screen, and use their keyboard and mouse to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.
Before using the Remote Assistance, it is important for you to know that they respect your privacy and security, and will keep your personal information completely confidential, as stated in their Privacy Policy.
Choose your operating system:
1. Click the “Connect” button in.
2. Press “Run” in the pop up window.
3. Press “Run” in the second pop up window.
4. Contact iForex support team and provide your representative with the ID number which is displayed in the “Remote Support” window.
