Question: What if the Equity on my trading account has become negative? What should I do?
If the Equity on client’s trading account has become negative as a result of trading operations, that is the client owes to the Company, the client is obliged to pay the debt.
In addition, the client has a right to send a request to the Customer support for an operation on the account correcting the Equity to zero.
The request will be taken into consideration in a timely manner.
