You can not trade the actual stocks and Forex pairs at the same time in one trading account though, you can trade Stocks in a form of CFD with Forex together.
In HotForex MT4, there are over 100 financial instruments available for trading which include Forex, Commodities, Precious Metals, Energies, Stocks and Indices.
All of the above financial products are available for trading, on one trading account with one trading platform.
You may fund your trading account, and trade all of them all together.

Please note that other than Forex and Precious Metals(Gold and Silver), they are all CFD products.
CFD is a derivative product, which is available by using the market price of actual underlying market.
Trading financial products in a form of CFD, doesn’t allow you to trade the actual underlying assets, but just only the prices.
There are many different conditions between actual stocks and stock CFDs.
