There are of course certain reasons to state that opinion.

MT4 MAC may not be compatible

First of all, MetaTrader4 itself is windows based program, and it is often known that MT4 has minor bugs and errors on MAC computer.

If you are using MAC PC, you may have trouble logging in and trade through MT4.

Unless you have found a solution for this problem and happy to use MT4 on MAC PC though, many Forex brokers also don’t support MAC PC for using MT4 program.

MT4 Mobile Apps

MT4 for mobile apps have simply limited tools and options available for traders.

Limited number of indicators and number of charts to see at the same time, and no EA installation available.

There are many things you that you cannot do through mobile application.
