You can amend the name by sending FXTM an email explaining why you wish to change it and attaching a copy of your identity document. They will then contact you regarding the status of your request.
To change your email address or phone number, please access your User Profile page in MyFXTM, click ‘Change’ under the ‘Actions’ column and follow the steps.
You can amend your residential address by sending them an email with a copy of your proof of residence document attached. FXTM will then update your profile.
