Account verification is easy and simple. Just provide a scanned copy of a valid ID or passport and a proof of residence.
You can verify your account via Personal Cabinet -> Account settings -> Verify account.
It usually takes 72 hours.
You will receive an email validating your account or requesting additional documents for the verification process.
If your documents are refused, please upload another document according to the Verification department’s request with the correct information.
If you do not verify your account, you may not be able to fully access our services.
