Your XM card will be deactivated if there is no activity for a certain time.

If the account balance is Zero

Your XM card will be deactivated in 180 days of inactivity. You need to contact your XM account manager to re-activate it.

If you have balance

After 12 months of inactivity, XM will start charging administration fees every month(specified in the t&c). When the balance of the XM card reaches Zero, the card will be deactivated.
