Unfortunately, you cannot reverse a transaction of Ether tokens.

Once the tokens are sent to a wrong address, it is impossible to retrieve them unless you know the owner of the wallet.

There is no safety measures for Ether transactions on Ethereum network, so you are recommended to be careful when you make transactions.

This is the same for Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency tokens too.
