IronFX has already officially announced the merger plan with FXDD and both of the brokerage firms will be managed by the NASDAQ publicly traded company, Nukkleus in U.S.

Actually, IronFX is currently already managed by Nukkleus Inc, and the CEO of IronFX is also one of the directors of the company.

IronFX and FXDD, or Nukkleus are looking to complete the merger process by the end of the year though, the process has already begun.

But in the official 8-k form published by SEC, it is already mentioned that these two brands(IronFX and FXDD) will not be mixed up but they will continue to provide their services separately in the future.

So in case you are trading with IronFX or FXDD, then you may not need to worry about your existing MT4 trading account. You should be able to continue your tradings as normal.

So what is improved by this merger?

Some investors must be wondering what is the merit for the traders’ side if there is no change to their trading conditions.

Well the advantages added for traders of IronFX and FXDD are:

• Both brokers are now financially more stable
• Both brokers’ management company is publicly traded on NASDAQ

Both FXDD and IronFX used to be leading companies in Forex industry and counted as two of the largest brokerage firm in the world. But both of them had been scaling down for these years. (both of them have different reason for that)

And this merger will make them almost immediately one of the largest brokers in the world again.

For investors, it is good to know that these brokers are looking to grow business seriously in Forex industry, but not planning to work on a fraud and bail on it in the future.
