With OKCoin, you can mainly do 2 activities which are:
- Buy and Sell Crypto-currencies (you can use the Crypto-currencies for shopping or transferring to other parties)
- Margin Trade Crypto-currencies (so you can make profit immediately by the difference of market prices)
By doing “Margin Trading”, you won’t own a Crypto-currency. It is suited for traders who like earn larger profit by trading currencies in real-time.
And there are 3 ways(types) of “Margin Trading” available with OKCoin.
Leverage Trading
Leverage Trading is considered a high-risk activity. Users should be fully aware of and understand the risks associated with trading on leverage. Please thoroughly educate on margin before continuing.
OKCoin Lending
All funds available for borrowing on OKCoin.com are provided by other users, OKCoin does not provide any funds on their behalf.
VIP Floating Leverage
The amount of leverage afforded to a user depends on the VIP level of the user. The leverage ratios range from 2.2x for the lowest levels, to 3x for the highest levels.
