Why is the HotForex brand name changing to HFM?

HotForex is evolving into HFM because the new name HFM better reflects the variety of products and services it offers. Through the years HFM has become a global multi-asset broker whose products and services go beyond Foreign Exchange Trading (Forex).

With the evolution of HFM, they are entering a new era with a new look, new brand name and new domain name, hfm.com/sv, that is strong, short, and memorable. In addition, new websites and new technologies are being incorporated and more products and services are on the way to ensure that HFM maintains its position as an industry leader offering the best possible client experience.

The company’s vision or mission won’t change. HFM will continue to be a client-centric broker of choice, with a mission to provide the best customer service and maintain HFM’s position as a market leader.

There will be no changes to HFM’s operations or legal entity.

HFM is a new brand name of the HF Markets Group which includes the following legal entities:

• HFM Investments Ltd is authorized by the Capital Markets Authority in the Republic of Kenya as a non-dealing online foreign exchange broker with license no. 155.
• HF Markets (Seychelles) Ltd is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) with Securities Dealer’s License number SD015.
• HF Markets (DIFC) Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under license number F004885.
• HF Markets (UK) Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under firm reference number 801701.

HotForex’s existing terms and conditions will still be valid

All existing terms and conditions remain valid. The only change in the terms and conditions will be the brand name and the change will be applicable once the terms and conditions come up for renewal.

HotForex will continue offering the same extensive range of products and services.

Also, there is no action required on your side since all changes will be carried out internally by HFM and will not affect your trading experience in any way. All trading operations remain unaffected.

You do not need to create a new account or update your login details. Additionally, there will be no disruption to the access or function of your client area.

Last but not least, there will be no disruption to any part of your trading experience, including your trading platforms operations or the use of your client area.

Gradually HFM’s social media presence will be evolved into HFM. You do not need to worry about this, since all changes will be automated and nothing will affect your social media experience.
